- Are the jewellery water-resistant?
The pendants are protected with beeswax, but it is always advisable to keep them away from water. - How can jewels be best preserved?
Glass beads do not change over time; silver and metals can instead go through oxidation phases: to remedy this, just keep them clean with a simple product to polish metal and silverware. Paper parts should be kept away from water.
Cleaning chemicals (except those indicated), creams or perfumes and excessive perspiration are not suitable for direct contact with jewellery. - Are the earrings nickel tested?
The earring clasp is made of 925 silver as shown in the captions. In case you are allergic, it will be sufficient to indicate the name of the jewel in question and anti-allergic (e.g. "BASILICA antiallergic earrings") in the section Notes on the order during the purchase phase, it will be replaced with a nickel tested metal clasp. - How to clean the masks?
Use a dry cloth or brush with soft bristles. Do not use water or cleaning products. - Arethe masks wearable?
They are wearable, to receive them with the ribbon select the option before purchasing. - Are the jewels identical to the ones in the picture?
Being handcrafted, it is possible to detect some small differences. - Is it possible to send a gift directly to another person as a gift?
You can send a gift to another person by simply filling in their address in the shipping address and yours in the billing address at the time of ordering; you can request a gift box, simply by entering the request in the appropriate area during the purchase process. - Is there a physical shop in La Colombina Venezia?
No but I am occasionally present in some fields of Venice and during some craft markets in the surrounding area.
